Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing School Hosting. Because our server resources, IP addresses, and hardware allocations are provisioned instantly upon purchase, we operate under a strict no-refund model. Please read this policy carefully before activating your subscription.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: All payments made for server subscriptions, renewals, deposits, and add-on services are strictly non-refundable.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you decide to stop using our services before the end of your billing cycle, we do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused days.
  • No Exceptions: Refunds will not be granted for lack of usage, server migration issues, user configuration errors, or change of mind.

2. Service Cancellations & Data Retention

  • Cancellation Deadline: You must submit a cancellation request through your client dashboard at least 7 days before your next scheduled renewal date.
  • Access Period: Upon cancellation, your server will remain active and fully accessible until the exact end of your current paid billing period.
  • 1-Week Data Retention Window: Once your subscription officially expires or is canceled, your server will be powered off, but we will retain your data, configurations, and backups for a grace period of 7 calendar days. You may reactivate your subscription during this 1-week window to restore access.
  • Permanent Deletion: On the 8th day following expiration, all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly wiped from our hardware. We cannot recover data after this point.

3. Excluded Charges & Add-ons

Under no circumstances can the following one-time or recurring fees be refunded or transferred:

  • Licensing Fees: Third-party licenses provisioned for your server.
  • Network & Resources: Dedicated IP addresses, extra bandwidth, and storage allocations.
  • Setup Charges: One-time deployment, configuration, or custom rack installation fees.

4. Abuse & Terms of Service Violations

Any server found in violation of our Usage Policy will be terminated immediately. Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining time on their subscription, and the 1-week data retention window does not apply. Data will be wiped instantly.
